【摘要】:この規格は,表層水,廃水中のフェノール指標(3.2)の測定方法について規定する。蒸留処理後,試験試料は次の方法に従って分析する。A法(直接吸光光度法):この方法は,フェノールを標準として使用し,水相に0.10mg/lを超えて含む試料中(クロロホルム抽出なしで)のフェノール指標を測定できる。B法(クロロホルム抽出法):この方法は,フェノールを機準として使用し,試料を発色後クロロホルムで抽出,濃縮した場合のフェノール指標0.002~0.10mg/lを測定することができる。
