【摘要】:1.1Thesepracticesprovidegeneralinformationontheinstrumentaltechniquesavailablefordetectingadulterationornonuniformityofthechemicalnatureofthevehiclesolidsinpurchasedlotsoftrafficpaintsbymeansoftheindividualorcombineduseofinfraredandultravioletspectroscopyandgaschromatography.Theproceduresgivenareapplicablewhentrafficpaintisselectedandpurchasedonthebasisofpre-qualificationlaboratoryorroadperformancetests,orboth,andareferencesampleoftheoriginalpaintsoevaluatedandselectedisretainedandcomparedwithtestsamplesrepresentativeofsubsequentpurchasedanddeliveredlotsofsuchpaintandwhicharerequiredtobethesameastheoriginalreferencesample.1.2Althoughnotspecificallyprovidedforinthesepractices,themethodsgivenmayalsobeapplied,withappropriatemodification,toevaluatingtheacceptabilityoftrafficpaintsthathavebeenpurchasedonthebasisofcompositionspecifications.Insuchcases,applicationislimitedtothevehiclesolidsasbefore,aswellastheavailabilityofasuitablestandardorrangeofstandardsrepresentativeofthevehiclesolidsthatareacceptableandwithwhichsamplesofsubsequentdeliveredlotswillbecompared.1.3Thetechniquesprovidedarewhollyadequatefordetectinggrossadulterationofthevehiclesolidswherecompletelydifferentdryingoils,resins,orpolymers,orcombinationsofthesehavebeensubstitutedforthoseoriginallycontainedinthereferencesample.Incasesoflesseradulterationormodification,thesemethodshavebeenfoundadequatefordetectingvehiclesolids,adulterations,ormodificationsaslowas5weight%ofthevehiclesolids.1.4Thesetechniqueshavebeendevelopedonthebasisofcooperativeworkwithalkyd,chlorinatedrubber-alkyd,andpoly(vinyltoluene)typepaintsinvolvingthedetectionofnonuniformitywhensuchextraneousmaterialsasrosin,fishoil,hydrocarbonresin,andchlorinatedparaffinhavebeenadded.Theproceduresgivenmaybe,butarenotnecessarilycompletelyapplicabletoallothertypesofvehiclesolidsorextraneousadditions,orboth.1.5Themethodsprovidedappearinthefollowingorder:SectionMethodA-InfraredSpectralAnalysisofTotalVehicleSolidsMethodB-InfraredSpectralAnalysisofUnsaponifiableMatterfromVehicleSolidsMethodC-GasChromatographicAnalysisofOilsandOilAcidsSeparatedfromVehicleSolidsMethodD-UltravioletSpectralAnalysisofTotalVehicleSolids19,20,and21【英文标准名称】:Semiconductordevices-Intergratedcircuits..Part4:Interfaceintegratedcircuits.
