【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecificationdefinesthespecificinterfacesandfunctionalityoftraffictelematics(TT)servicesbasedontheuseofcellularnetworks.Devicemanufacturersareenabledtodevelopterminalequipmentcompatibletoservicesbasedonthisstandard.Thiswillallowforinteroperabilityofdifferentterminalequipmentandserviceproviderswhichallowscompetitionbetweenserviceprovidersandterminalmanufacturers.Furthermoreitsetsthesceneforinternationalavailabilityoftheseservices.ThisTechnicalSpecificationspecifies·TT-specificinterfacesbetweenterminalandservicecentre.Thisespeciallyincorporatesthemessagesetsoftheapplicationdataprotocolsandtheservice-independentcommunicationhandling(includingconditionalaccessandtransportprotocols).·Functionality,proceduresandrequirementsofbasicterminalcomponentsaswellastheirinteractionwiththeservicecentre.Thisespeciallycomprisesconditionalaccessandsecuritymechanisms.·ServiceSpecifications,whichareessentialtoensureconsistentbehaviourofterminalandservicecentre.Theservicesincorporatedwithinthisissuecomprise:·breakdownandemergencyservices·interactivetrafficinformationservices·broadcasttrafficinformationservices·navigationservices(routeassistance,routeadvice,homing)·operatorservices·generalinformationservices·floatingcardatacollectionItisenvisagedthatfutureresearchanddevelopmentwillleadtoimprovementsontheserviceslistedaboveaswellastothecreationofnewservices.NeverthelessthisTechnicalSpecificationprovidestheframeworkforseamlessintegrationofnewfeaturesandservicesintotheexistingarchitecture.

【摘要】:ThescopeofthisTechnicalReportistodefinetheERTMSDMIinSTMmodeforeachsystemincludeinAnnexBofSTICC.ThisTechnicalReportdefinestheergonomicsfortheSpecificTransmissionModuleintegratedintheDriver-MachineInterface(DMI)fortheERTMS/ETCSTrainControlSystem,andfortheintegratedERTMS/GSM-RTrainControlandTrainRadioSystems.Theergonomicscoversthe–generalarrangements(dialoguestructure,sequences,layoutphilosophy,colourphilosophy),–symbols,–audibleinformation,and–dataentryarrangements.ThereasonsfordefiningtheergonomicsoftheDMIareasfollows:1.AchievingharmonisedandcoherentpresentationforERTMS/ETCSandSTMinformation.GiventhelargenumberofSTM’srequiringtheusetheERTMS/ETCSDMI,onlyaharmonisedapproachisfeasible.2.DefiningDriver-MachineInterfaceergonomicsthatiscompatiblewithagreedinteroperableERTMSspecifications.3.ToreducetheriskofincorrectoperationbyadriverworkingwithdifferenttrainsfittedwithERTMS/ETCS.4.Facilitatingtrainoperationwithaunifiedergonomics,hencereducingthecostofdrivertraining.ThisTechnicalReportisapplicableonalltrainsfittedwiththeERTMS/ETCS.
