【摘要】:Thespecificairflowresistanceofanacousticalmaterialisoneofthepropertiesthatdetermineitssound-absorptiveandsound-transmittingproperties.Measurementofspecificairflowresistanceisusefulduringproductdevelopment,forqualitycontrolduringmanufacture,andforspecificationpurposes.Validmeasurementsaremadeonlyintheregionoflaminarairflowwhere,asidefromrandommeasurementerrors,theairflowresistance(R=P/U)isconstant.Whentheairflowisturbulent,theapparentairflowresistanceincreaseswithanincreaseofvolumevelocityandthetermx201C;airflowresistancex201D;doesnotapply.ThespecificairflowresistancemeasuredbythistestmethodmaydifferfromthespecificresistancemeasuredbytheimpedancetubemethodinTestMethodE384fortworeasons.Inthepresenceofsound,theparticlevelocityinsideaporousmaterialisalternatingwhileinthistestmethod,thevelocityisconstantandinonedirectiononly.Also,theparticlevelocityinsideaporousmaterialisnotthesameasthelinearvelocitymeasuredoutsidethespecimen.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthemeasurementofairflowresistanceandtherelatedmeasurementsofspecificairflowresistanceandairflowresistivityofporousmaterialsthatcanbeusedfortheabsorptionandattenuationofsound.Materialscoverarangefromthickboardsorblanketstothinmats,fabrics,papers,andscreens.Whenthematerialisanisotropic,provisionismadeformeasurementsalongdifferentaxesofthespecimen.1.2Thistestmethodisdesignedforthemeasurementofvaluesofspecificairflowresistancerangingfrom100to10000mksrayls(Pax00B7;s/m)withlinearairflowvelocitiesrangingfrom0.5to50mm/sandpressuredifferencesacrossthespecimenrangingfrom0.1to250Pa.Theupperlimitofthisrangeoflinearairflowvelocitiesisapointatwhichtheairflowthroughmostporousmaterialsisinpartialorcompletetransitionfromlaminartoturbulentflow.1.3AprocedureforaccreditingalaboratoryforthepurposesofthistestmethodisgiveninAnnexA1.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.4.1Table1isprovidedforusertoconvertintocgsunits.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
