【摘要】:Thisdocumentisaguidedescribingtherecommendedpracticesinspecifyingindustrialrequirementsintheformofrecognisedstandards(national,European,international),inpreferencetocompanystandards.Itemphasisestheeconomicandindustrialvalueoffollowingandencouragingsuchpractices.Itisbasedonwhatisfrequentlyobservedandconsideredbyprimesandmanufacturersasconstitutingbestpracticestothebenefitofallinvolvedinthelifecycleofaproduct,fromthedesignstageuntilitswithdrawalfromservice.Thepurposeofthisguideisto:--encouragespecificationwritersanddesignerstomakegreateruseofexistingrecognisedstandardsandatthesametimetoreducetheuseofcompanystandards;--increasetheawarenessamongspecificationwriters,designers,manufacturersandusersofcompanystandardsofthevalueandimportanceofbeingpartofajointmultilateralapproachtoformalising,throughstandards,requirementsforwhichtheaudienceisgenerallyknown;--providemethodologicalsupportfortheusersofcompanystandardswhenundertakingtherationalisationofvariousrequirements.
