【摘要】:ThispartofISO230isaimedatstandardizingmethodsofspecificationandtestofthegeometricaccuracyofaxesofrotationusedinmachinetools.Spindles,rotaryheadsandrotaryandswivellingtablesofmachinetoolsconstituteaxesofrotation,allhavingunintendedmotionsinspaceasaresultofmultiplesourcesoferrors.ThispartofISO230coversthefollowingpropertiesofspindles:axisofrotationerrormotion;speed-inducedaxisshifts.Theotherimportantpropertiesofspindles,suchasthermallyinducedaxisshiftsandenvironmentaltemperaturevariation-inducedaxisshifts,aredealtwithinISO230-3.ThispartofISO230doesnotcoverthefollowingpropertiesofspindles:angularpositioningaccuracy(seeISO230-1andISO230-2);runoutofsurfacesandcomponents(seeISO230-1);toolholderinterfacespecifications;inertialvibrationmeasurements(seeISO230-8);noisemeasurements(seeISO230-5);rotationalspeedrangeandaccuracy(seeISO10791-6andISO13041-6);balancingmeasurementsormethods(seeISO1940-1andISO6103);idlerunloss(powerloss);thermaldrift(seeISO230-3).
