【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoversshipboard,fixed(installed)foam/sprinklingfirefightingsystems.Satisfactorycompletionofthesetestsindicatesfunctionalperformanceofthefixedfoamfirefightingsystemandmaybeusedtodemonstratethesysteminstallation'scompliancewiththedesigncharacteristicsofthesystem.Testsmadeinconformitywiththistestmethodareintendedtodemonstratetheinstallationandoperationofaninstalled,fixedfoamfirefightingsystem.Asitincludesregulatoryrequirements,thisstandardaddressesthosevesselssubjecttoregulationsandshipclassificationrules.However,themethodsstatedhereinaresuitableforunregulatedcommercialvessels,pleasurecraft,militaryvessels,andsimilarvesselsthatarenotrequiredtomeetregulationsforfirefightingsystems.LimitationsInternationalrequirements,nationalregulations,andshipclassificationrulesmustbeconsulted.Thefollowingregulatoryrequirementsandclassificationsocietyruleswereconsideredinthepreparationofthistestmethod:InternationalConventionfortheSafetyofLifeatSea(SOLAS),1974SOLASConvention,1978SOLASProtocol,andthe1981and1983SOLASAmendments,II-2/8,"Fixedlow-expansionfoamextinguishingsystemsinmachineryspaces,"U.S.Governmentregulationsincludedin46CFR76,46CFR95,and46CFR108asthoseregulationsarewrittenandenforcedbytheUnitedStatesCostGuard,andTheAmericanBureauofShipping(ABS)RulesforBuildingandClassingSteelVessels.However,theownerwilldesignatethespecificclassificationsocietywhichistobeusedtoclassifyaparticularvessel.Therequirements,regulations,andrulesforaspecificdesignmustbeselectedbytheownerbasedontheplannedoperatingprofileforthevessel.Thistestmethodreflectsinternationalrequirements,U.S.Governmentregulations,andABSrulesineffectatthetimeitwasprepared,andmaynotincluderequirementsadoptedsubsequenttotheeffectivedateofthistestmethod.Thistestmethoddoesnotincluderequirementsfortheselection,design,installation,andmaintenanceoffoamfirefightingsystems.Itappliestoinstalledsystemswhosedesignsmeetallapplicableinternationalrequirements,nationalregulations,andshipclassificationrules.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletopipelineswithamaximumoperatingpressure(MOP)over16barforthecarriageofprocessed,non-toxicandnon-corrosivenaturalgasaccordingtoISO13686inonlandgassupplysystems,where:-thepipelineelementsaremadeofunalloyedorlow-alloyedcarbonsteel;-thepipelineelementsarejoinedbywelds,flangesormechanicalcouplings;-thepipelineisnotlocatedwithincommercialorindustrialpremisesasanintegralpartoftheindustrialprocessonthesepremisesexceptforanypipelinesandfacilitiessupplyingsuchpremises;-thedesigntemperatureofthesystemisbetween-40℃and120℃inclusive.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytoexistingpipelines,inusepriortothepublicationofthisstandard,nortomodificationstoexistingpipelines.Gassupplysystemscoveredbythisstandardbeginafterthegasproducer'smeteringstation.Thefunctionaldemarcationofthepipelinesystemwithinaplantareawillbedeterminedfromcasetocase.Generallyspeaking,thiswillbedirectlyafterthefirstisolatingvalveoftheinstallation.Thisstandardalsodescribesthemechanicalrequirementsforpipeworkinstationswithamaximumoperatingpressuregreaterthan16bar.Weldingrequirementsaredescribedinaspecialapplicationstandardonweldingforgassupplysystems,EN12732.Functionalrequirementsforstationsaregivenin:EN1776,Gassupplysystems-Naturalgasmeasuringstations-FunctionalrequirementsEN1918-5,Gassupplysystems-Undergroundgasstorage-Part5:FunctionalrecommendationsforsurfacefacilitiesEN12186,Gassupplysystems-Gaspressureregulatingstationsfortransmissionanddistribution-FunctionalrequirementsEN12583,Gassupplysystems-Compressorstations-Functionalrequirements.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiescommonbasicprinciplesforgassupplysystems.UsersofthisEuropeanStandardshouldbeawarethattheremayexistmoredetailednationalstandardsandcodesofpracticeintheCENmembercountries.ThisEuropeanStandardisintendedtobeappliedinassociationwiththesenationalstandardsand/orcodesofpracticesettingouttheabovementionedprinciples.Intheeventofconflictsintermsofmorerestrictiverequirementsinthenationallegislation/regulationwiththerequirementsofthisstandard,thenationallegislation/regulationshalltakeprecedence.ReferenceismadeinthisstandardtorelevantEuropeanandotherrecognizedstandardsforproductsusedtoconstructandoperategassupplysystems.AschematicrepresentationofpipelinesforgastransmissionisgiveninFigure1.
