【摘要】:ThispartofISO4254,intendedtobeusedtogetherwithISO4254-1,specifiesthesafetyrequirementsandtheirverificationforthedesignandconstructionofmounted,semi-mountedandtrailedpower-drivenSoil-workingmachinesusedinagricultureInaddition,itspecifiesthetypeofinformationensafeworkingPractices(includingresidualrisks)tobeprovidedbythemanufacturer.ThispartofISO4254dealswithsignificanthazards(aslistedinAnneA),hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttopower-drivensoil-workingmachinesusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeClause4).ThispartofISO4254isnotapplicableto:-spadingmachines;-machinesfittedwitharetractabledevicemakingthemcapableofworkingbetweentwosuccessiveplantsinthesamerow.ThispartofISO4254isnotapplicabletoenvironmentalhazardsorelectromagneticcompatibility.Itisnotapplicabletohazardsrelatedtomovingpartsforpowertransmission,exceptforstrengthrequirementsforguardsandbarriers,nortomaintenanceorrepairscardedoutbyprofessionalservicepersonnel.NOTE1SpecificrequirementsrelatedtoroadtrafficregulationsarenottakenintoaccountinthispartofISO4254.NOTE2Vibrationsarenotregardedasasignificanthazardinthecaseofmounted,semi-mountedortrailedmachines.ThispartofISO4254isnotapplicabletopower-drivensoil-workingmachineswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofitspublication.WhenrequirementsofthispartofISO4254aredifferentfromthosewhicharestatedinISO4254-1,therequirementsofthispartofISO4254takeprecedenceovertherequirementsofISO4254-1.
